The crazy Gumball 3000 Rally starts in about 90min. in London at the Pall Mall.
Update:
Photos from Gumball Rally Start
As reported the Gumball 3000 Rally is going over 8 days and three continents this year.
Today they start in London at Pall Mall. Start is between 16:00 and 18:00 local time. The 120 cars are heading to a midnight checkpoint in Belgium via the Eurotunnel. They drive then through the night to reach Vienna in the morning.
The Gumball site has live video coverage.
Among the celebrities racing this year are apparently Pink, Tony Hawk, Johnny Knoxville, Adrien Brody and Snoop Dogg.
There is already some pre-race coverage online worth watching.
Like last year ALK Technologies is again providing GPS navigation for the drivers. Alk also hosts again a live tracking of the Gumball 3000 race cars. This actually a great tool for local police. I guess they know about it by now.
