Grundig offered in the 70s extremely cool stereo speakers in the shape of spheres. To celebrate the 100th birthday of founder Max Grundig, the company releases the updated Audiorama loudspeakers in 2008 again.

I am usually not a fan of having visible speakers stand around. I rather hide them. The Grundig Audiorama speakers look so cool and stylish I can imagine having them placed prominently in my living room.
The spherical shape also has a function. The speakers have a 360 degrees sound field. The even had that back in the 70s.
The Grundig Audiorama speakers will ship in February 2008. The price will be around 600 Euro (~$820).
