If you are the type that uses your flash drive heavily, you have probably had to plug it in just to see how much space you have left on it. If you are like me and have a plethora of flash drives, you may have had to plug several in an attempt to find one with enough drive space on it.
Corsair has a new flash drive that has a Bi-stabile Cholesteric Display (BCD) that can display a drive label and the drive capacity remaining on a small display for up to a year without needing to be plugged in and without the need for a battery.
The label can contain up to 11-characters and the drive will be available in a 4GB capacity for $76. This sort of thing means never having to wonder how much space is left on your drive again. An 8GB capacity drive is also available.
