Bridgestone shows their latest flexible color e-paper this week at the FPD International in Yokohama, Japan.
In 2006 Bridgestone showed a flexible color e-paper that only supported two colors. One year later Bridgestone managed to develop a flexible color e-paper with 4,096 colors.
Bridgestone aims to produce the .29mm thin e-paper by continuous roll-to-roll processing because the e-paper employs a film substrate.

LG.Philips showed a flexible e-paper with 4,096 colors already.
