If you are really attached to your pet or your car and want to be sure you can find them in the event of a lost dog or stolen car, Zoombak has what you need. Zoombak announced a pair of new GPS trackers today with one intended for use on pets and the other for use in cars.
Zoombak is smaller than a deck of cards and only weighs three ounces. When activated the devices can send location information via text messages and email so you can track and locate your dog or your car in the event of theft. Pricing for the devices will be $199 to $249 and they will be available nationwide in early 2008.
"Zoombak's mission is to develop advanced products and services that seamlessly integrate with a consumer's lifestyle, enabling users to stay better connected to their families and loved ones. With the Zoombak locator, we are putting safety on the map and revolutionizing the way people locate and recover what they care about most," said Simon Buckingham, CEO at Zoombak.
