Now NHJ is set to ship the VTV-101 TV Wristwatch beginning of May in Japan for 19,800yen ($185).

The VTV-101 Wristwatch TV features a 1.5" color TFT screen (280x220 pixels). It measures 45.7x18.2x49.4mm and weighs 55g. It uses the Sony TV receiver chipset and can receive channels VHF1-12 and UHF13-62. The Watch also has a Time display above the 22.2x29.5mm TV screen.

So finally the time has come again for a TV Wrist Watch to be available on the market, after the classic Seiko TV Watch in the 80s. This time all components are inside the Watch not in an extra box that users would wear on their belt - the future is here!
