Psystar Open Computer Mac Clone still puzzling

More Notebooks and PCs News
On Monday we reported about Psystar and its claim to sell low-cost Apple Mac clones. The dust has settled a bit and Psystar is apparently shipping Mac Clones now named Open Computer for $399.99 if you trust their site and statements made by Rudy Pedraza, President of Pystar.
Engadget got Psystar's President on the phone for some comments on the Open Computer. Besides having Open Computers shipped Psystar is apparently working on a response to the Apple EULA issue.
On the other side of the coin, articles on Wired and Information Week still question if Psystar even exists. Update: Gizmodo tried to find the physical offices of Psystar, but did not find any.
There is also still no response from Apple, which is kind of odd too. Possibly they know more than we do. I guess we have to wait until somebody posts unboxing photos of the Open Computer to know for sure the Apple Mac Clone exists.
