Qmotions has some interesting controllers that allow gamers who play skateboard or snowboarding games to use realistic boards rather than a controller to play. Qmotions announced that it would be bringing its next generation wireless controllers to the Xbox 360.
The agreement between Qmotions and Microsoft will allow Qmotions controllers to be fully Microsoft endorsed. The first controller from Qmotions for the Xbox 360 will be in stores in the second half of 2008. The controller will be a wireless active game controller called the Qmotions-Big Air. The controller is a full sized skate board that works with skateboard games currently on the market.
"This is a milestone event for our company that now enables us to design, develop and market a unique range of wireless products, bringing the excitement of action gaming to a whole new level on the Xbox 360 system," said Amro Albanna, chairman and CEO of Actiga. "We are excited to have been chosen as a Microsoft partner, particularly at this early stage of technology development where the award of Microsoft's wireless accessory agreement continues to position us at the cutting edge of technology."
