Apple has for the first time in history sold out their World Wide Developer conference (WWDC).
Apple Spokesperson Bill Evans told MacWorld: "The conference is now sold out. For those unable to attend WWDC, session videos will be available to purchase on iTunes shortly after the conference."
Apple is just about to open a whole new market for Apple developers with the iPhone SDK. Before Apple developers could just reach the Macintosh computer users now they reach millions and millions more iPhone users around the globe.
It should embarrass Apple a bit, considering how reluctant the company was at the beginning to consider a developer SDK for the iPhone. Jailbreaking is hopefully soon behind us, and if we are lucky the 3G iPhone will be not locked.
More details about the WWDC 08 can be found at the Apple Developer site. Yesterday Apple confirmed the keynote of Steve Jobs at the WWDC 08.
