I never thought I would report about a phone case mold, but here it is. A site called iDealsChina published photos of what is supposed to be the manufacturing molds for the Griffin Technology Flex Grip case for the 3G iPhone.
The molds supposedly tell us where the sensors are and that the shape of the 3G iPhone is pretty similar to today's iPhone.
To look at 3rd party case molds to get some pointers for the upcoming 3G iPhone is weird, almost as weird as analyzing container shipments.

Also, yesterday blurry photos of what is supposed to be a white 3G iPhone made their rounds. They have fake written all over them. I also hope the 3G iPhone does not look like on these photos as they look to me like a half used white soap bar. See the photos leaked on Dutch site iPhoneclub on Engadget.
