MacBook Air SSD Price drops by $500

AppleInsider reports that the price of the MacBook Air with SSD dropped by $500 this month.
The price for the MacBook air with 64GB SSD was an horendous $3,098 originally and is now down at $2,598.
There is definitely a price movement going on in the SSD space. OCZ announced new 2.5 inch SSD SATA II devices in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB sizes with unseen low prices. The OCZ Core SSD have MSRPs of $169, $259 and $479 respectively.
The price of the MacBook Air with 80GB HDD did not change.
