Humanscale is best known for their cool looking office chairs. You may have seen the chairs on TV and not realized it; they are used on shows like 24 and House. The company has announced a new product called the Switch Mouse that aims to reduce repetitive stress injuries.
The mouse has a V-shaped base and tilts at a 45-degree angle to minimize wrist pronation. It also uses a navigation dish that minimizes muscle activity and still provides four way scrolling. Other features include size adjustability and a palm rest.
There is no word on the sensitivity from the mouse or what sort of tech it uses (laser or optical). Odds are its 800 dpi and uses optical technology. The mouse can be used in the right or left hands.
