NEC introduces now also a AV Notebook after Toshiba introduced the Qosimo Notebook line in Japan.

The new NEC LaVie T LT900/AD has a 15.4 inch wide screen TV quality display. The new NEC Notebook comes with a remote control to use the notebook like a TV. The notebook has a built-in double layer DVD Writer and a 100GB HDD. The Notebook is powered by a Intel Pentium M 1.6Ghz. The NEC LaVie T LT900/AD will ship end of September as well as other new NEC LaVie Notebooks.

The new NEC Desktop VALUESTAR TX VX980/AE has water cooling. It is great that water cooling is now getting into the mainstream out of the PC modding underground. The new NEC Valuestar TX also has all kinds of AV features including video and TV recording. The PCs feature also dual-layer DVD burners (8.5GB).
