Jens of Sweden was founded in February 2003 by then 24-year-old entrepreneur Jens Nylander. The company designs and produces digital media products in collaboration with Asian manufacturers, for sale on the Nordic and U.S. markets. In 2003 Jens of Sweden became market leader for MP3 players in Sweden.
The MP-300 (I4U Review), became known for its FM transmitter, which Sweden’s National Post and Telecom Agency later had removed. Jens of Sweden says that they have several new products are under way for the autumn.
