The new iPhone has been rumored for a while to be coming in a 32GB version. At the end of this week two leaks kind of confirmed this iPhone rumor.
First a 32GB iPhone place holder appeared on the Austrian T-Mobile site and AppleInsider reports that a 32GB iPhone is listed as an option in the AT&T upgrade program for BlackBerries.
The trade-in option states specifically "iPhone 32GB 3G", which is a bit weird as this would mean Apple keeps the same name for the new iPhone. As the new iPhone is most likely "just" a performance upgrade it could be though that the new iPhone will be keeping the same name: iPhone 3G.

At this point it is pretty safe to say that there will be a 32GB version of the new iPhone 2009. Also pretty much confirmed is the compass feature at this point.
