Well now we finally have an actual, real-life, no foolin' confirmed release month. According to Gizmodo, the Eee Keyboard will launch October.

Hell. Yes. Just so you understand why this is exciting, the Eee Keyboard is basically a full-sized keyboard with a 5" touchscreen, a 1.6 GHz Atom processor, 1 GB of RAM, and a 16 GB or 32 GB SSD. It has 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, and Wireless HDMI. This baby is the absolute perfect media box. It's portable, fast, and it removes the need to deal with the clutter of bothersome cords.

An exact date hasn't been set yet, and we still don't know the price. Expect to shell out around $500 for this netbook-in-a-keyboard. So, who's interested?
