Samsung really has a thing for AMOLED screens these days. That's a trend I wish the other handset manufacturers would pick up on. Earlier today, Sammy sent out a press release about their new line of AMOLED smartphones. As Engadget notes, they accidentally let news about their latest Android handset slip in that release.
The Samsung Moment, apparently bound for Sprint, packs a 3.2" AMOLED touchscreen, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, an 800 MHz processor, WiFi, GPS, a 3.2 MP camera/camcorder, and stereo Bluetooth. Pretty hot, if you ask me.
Engadget thinks that the Moment could be the fabled Samsung InstinctQ packaged under a different name. There's a Samsung press conference scheduled for later today (2PM EST) so we may know more then.
