Windows 7 goes on sale next week. I searched on Amazon and found several interesting new Windows 7 notebooks that you can already pre-order to be among the first to own a Windows 7 laptop.
Take the stylish Lenovo Ideapad U350 for instance. It features a 13.3 inch screen, 5 hour battery life, 3GB RAM, 1.3GHz Intel CULV CPU, 320GB HDD Wifi 802.11n and Windows 7 Home Premium. You can pre-order the Ideapad U350 for $599.99.
Below you find a list of more new Windows 7 notebooks that you can pre-order now on Amazon.com including the Asus K50IJ-X8, Sony VAIO VGN-Z850G, and Dell XPS 1640. In general there are some rather low-priced notebooks that challenge the netbook segment. To find your Windows 7 notebook you need to ask yourself what you want to do with it. If you want to play video games on it you need high-end performance. If you just want a laptop with a reasonable screen for surfing, emailing and office work you can go with one of the new Windows 7 bargain notebooks based on Intel CULV or AMD chips.
