The new S.C.O.U.T. Cam allows military, law enforcement and homeland security agencies to capture their activities in broadcast-quality video by mounting the camera on their helmet, weapon, clothing or vehicle.

The S.C.O.U.T. (Security, Combat, Observation, Undercover, Tactical) camera is manufactured to be lightweight and rugged, while producing high-resolution video.
The wearable video camera sells for $299.95 on VioTac' site. V.O.I Inc. also sells the same camera dubbed Adventure Cam 3 for sports in a silver chrome design on VioSport. More details in press-release.

To record video, a camcorder is still necessary with this camera. Samsung released a complete package recently with the Samsung Miniket Sport.
