Japanese gadget manufacturer Thanko is taking USB powered gadgets over the top with their new USB muscle trainer and optical mouse gadget.

Thanko combines electro muscle stimulation with a optical USB mouse. The USB EMS comes with 4 pads which are connected between the USB mouse cable. The mouse has buttons on the side that can be used to control the intensity of the electrical stimulation.
The "As Seen On TV" electrical muscle stimulators just do not replace workout. I just saw a test of those systems on TV. Good EMS systems help against pain, but they do not make you Arnold Schwarzenegger.
