Andrew Kantor on USAToday analyses the Grokster Case and sees a big win for File Sharing in general despite Grokster loosing the case.
Grokster is held liable for file sharing of copyrighted material, because of their marketing encouraging piracy. File sharing itself is not the issue and is fine.
