Japanese Female Robot Repliee Q1 Revisited

As a reader of I4U News, you know about the Japanese Female robot Repliee Q1, formerly known as actroid since a while.
The last couple of days Repliee Q1 is one of the hottest keywords people search for to arrive on I4U News. Apparently the big press and maybe TV stations picked up on the Repliee Q1 announcement 6 weeks after it happend.
BBC News even made it on Slashdot with their Repliee Q1 story.
What I find most amusing is that the Japanese Female Robot already appeared in 2003. Changing the name makes it big news again, although delayed.
I love analyzing the dynamics of technology news stories. In this case I4U News and other technology blogs carried the story long before the big press. Now suddenly a much wider audience is interested in the topic, but it is old news. So stick with I4U News to be on the
forefront of global technology news.
