Bloomberg reports that Panasonic cuts prices of most of their Plasma TVs by $500 in the United States starting today.
Panasonic wants with this move to increase sales and market share. Well great
move! The 42 inch TH-42PD50U Plasma EDTV is apparently Panasonic's
bestselling Plasma TV in the United States and sells way below $2,000.
I was actually trying to get my hands on the TH-42PV500E (Europe), but it has delivery shortage at the prices I am willing to pay for it. Now that Panasonic announced the 1080p HDTV Plasma TVs, I want to wait to see what the pricing will be for those. Need to think ahead - the Sony PS3 is coming.
Shop for Panasonic Plasma TVs now.
