Korea introduced their answer to the Japanese Actroid (aka Repliee Q1).

The eveR-1 (you know, Eve and Robot...) is 160cm tall and weighs 50kg. eveR-1 understands 400 words, make eye contact, move lips while talking and make facial expressions.

The Korea Institute of Industrial Technology is behind the development of eveR-1. The team around Mr. Baeg Moon-hong spent 3 billion won (~$3 Mio.) in one year to develop eveR-1 plans to overtake the Japanese Actroid by making eveR-1 four limbs move later this year.
I think the Actroid looks a bit hotter, especially in a booth babe outfit.
