A Samsung spokesperson confirmed to UK's Pocket-lint that they will delay their Blu-ray Player BD-P1000 until September.

I already published a report saying there will be no Blu-ray player launching this summer a couple weeks ago, when I learned that Pioneer and Panasonic delay their Blu-ray Player releases into autumn.

Sony silently slipped their Blu-ray player release to mid-August. I guess it will slip further.
The Sony Blu-ray disc movies are still supposed to be released in seven days. If you got a PC Blu-ray drive or a Blu-ray notebook you can watch them there, but not on your super-duper HD Ready Plasma.
