Wii Specs 'Confirmed' By a Site You've Probably Never Heard Of

Max Console says they've got the scoop on the official list of Wii specs. This could just be a rouse to gain some blogosphere front-page coverage, but you never know. These could be legit. Stranger things have happened.
These are some of the more worthwhile things mentioned, as pointed out by Joystiq:
* Internal non-removable 512MB flash memory used to storage game save data and downloadable content thus eliminating the need for a memory card.
* Optical Disc Drive (ODD) supports single and dual layer Wii disks, discs eject with software or button and the maximum read speed is the equivalent of DVDx6.
* Nintendo Wii's 'Broadway' CPU operates at 729MHZ with a maximum bandwith of 1.9gbyte/sec.
* The GPU of the Wii is identical to the GC's but it is on average 1.5X faster.
Again, these should be taken with a grain of salt, and will not yet be added to our comprehensive Nintendo Wii report, but it's worth taking a look at just for fun.
