We're certainly no stranger to cool e-paper concepts, so this concept is certainly not new, but what is worth noting about this one from Plastic Logic, aside from the fact that there's actually a video showing the paper in action, is that it's actually being shown in a useful application, namely as a newspaper.

Plastic Logic is all about being the leader in electronic/plastic innovation. From their site: "Plastic Logic is developing and exploiting world-class technology for manufacturing printed plastic electronic circuits. These circuits are constructed using solution processing and direct-write techniques and consist of transistors and other components that are produced from polymers and a variety of other materials." Since, I'm guessing, no one reading this will have had some real hands-on experience with this kind of e-paper, instead of trying to describe it, just check out this YouTube video and all of the official pics and vids from Plastic Logic's site.
