Sony announced launch-dates and photos of the highly anticipated GPS and Video camera accessories for the Sony PSP in Japan.
The Sony PSP GPS receiver PSP-290 is going on sale later than expected. It is now shipping on December 7th for 6,000 Yen (~$51). This is a neat price though for a GPS receiver. When Sony announced the PSP-290 back in March the shipping date was October.
The Sony PSP Video camera PSP-300 will go on sale early on November 2nd for 5,000 Yen (~$42). It features 1.3MP and a mono microphone.
Sony will highlight the new PSP accessories at the TGS 2006 in Tokyo this month.
More details in this Sony press-release (Japanese).
