A full featured tiny mobile phone appeared in China.

The phone is dubbed apparently Xun Chi 138.
It is only 67mm tall, but features color touch screen, handwriting recognition, 1.3MP camera, MP3 player, USB and SD card slot.
The weight of the ultra-small cell phone is 55g.

There is definitely a new trend in mobile phone design that now goes for ultra-small and not just ultra-thin. The new Samsung card-sized phone belongs also to this new growing category. It looks like a cheapo plastic mp3 player. The company needs to work on the design a bit. The measurements and specifications are great.
