This may well be the world’s most expensive mouse mat at 260 British pounds, or a bit over $500 dollars. Available exclusively at the Official Formula 1 Website F1 Store, this mouse mat (it’s to cool to be called a mouse pad) is made of solid carbon fiber by the same technicians that create the Formula One monococques.
They even used the same state of the art software to computer design this bad boy. You can get a version of the mouse mat with a leather mousing surface for optical mice and one that has no leather allowing you to see the beautiful carbon fiber in all its glory. That is assuming you plan on using a ball mouse.
The back of the mouse mat is covered in Italian black suede. The mouse mat is cured to 120 degrees at 100 psi and comes wrapped in F1 tissue paper (seriously) in a luxury box with the F1 logo. If you have a F1 fan on your shopping list and you don’t mind dropping $500 on a mouse pad mat this will make a cool and unique gift.
