Asustek Computer will show at the CES 2007 the XG Station.
The Asus XG Stations is a graphics and audio enhancement add-on for notebooks. The details are still very scarce on this one. The XG station has Dolby audio output and its own graphics chip and a small display.
How this will hook up to notebooks is not clear to me at this point.
Update:
The Asus XG Station actually connects via PCI Express to notebooks. You need an ExpressCARD slot on your notebook to use the XG station.
More details on Digitimes.
Asus will also show SideShow-supporting notebook W5Fe. We can expect tons of Vista notebooks at the CES 2007 sporting the cool case display.
