CES 2007 Video Report: ViewSonic iPod DLP Projector PJ258D

ViewSonic introduced the world's first "Made for iPod," DLP front projector.
The ViewSonic PJ258D features an iPod dock to let you directly project iTunes video onto your wall or screen.

In addition, it charges the iPod's battery while digital content is being played to make hours of entertainment possible. ViewSonic used Texas Instruments DLP platform in the PJ258D. Key specifications are 1024x768 XGA resolution, 2,000 lumens of brightness and a 2000:1 contrast ratio.
The PJ258D will be available in Q1 through authorized ViewSonic professional audio-visual resellers, distributors and solution providers for an estimated street price of $999.
