Sony Launches New DSC-W55, DSC-W35, DSC-S700 and DSC-S650 Digital Cameras

Today Sony is announcing four brand new digital cameras being added to their Cyber-shot line. Two of the cameras are slim and compact known as the DSC-W55 and the DSC-W35 which both have 7.2 megapixels and use Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lenses.
Both the W35 and W55 use optical viewfinders and have LCD screens as well with the W55 sporting a 2.5” LCD and coming in colors like Caribbean blue, pale pink, elegant black and sleek silver. The W35 has a 2” LCD and only comes in silver. The other two cameras, the DSC-S650 and the DSC-S700 are available in silver only with metal body, feature 7.2 megapixels and the S700 has a 2.4” LCD and the S650 has a 2” screen. All four of the new camera models feature a 3x optical zoom lens and internal memory with a slot for using 8GB Memory Stick Pro and Pro Duo expansion cards.
