neoDigits known for their 1080p upscaling DVD players announces a new corporate name. The company is now called Helios Labs Technology Ltd.

Helios was already their brand for the products. If you are a small company it does not really make sense to manage two brands. So this move is good and should simplify marketing for the company.

I reviewed the Helios H4000 1080p upscaling DVD player last November. I have the Helios X3000 sitting in the lab. I hope to publish the review still this week. About Helios Labs Technology Ltd.
