Say you are an evil sweat shop owner that is looking to shred all the incriminating evidence but don’t want to spring for the $59 full monty on an electric paper shredder, now you can get this set of hand held shredders called teh Shredder Hand.

This device is basically five pairs of scissors with one handle that cuts your documents in strips. If you want to get fancy and crosscut your documents for more security, you simply cut the shreds again.
This is decidedly low tech, but if you want to shred documents on the cheep and the quiet this is the way to go. I guess those Enron execs could have used these to silently shred documents while the popo was in the next room looking for evidence. Story and image via Sci Fi Tech.
