Playing Video Games like Unreal Tournament improves you Vision

Researchers at the University of Rochester have shown that people who played action video games like Unreal Tournament for a few hours a day over the course of a month improved their visual skills by about 20%.
Research subjects had to quickly identify the orientation of the middle "T". Action video gamers could do it better. The type of game seems to be important. The Researchers found that playing Tetris did not bring the effect. Playing Unreal Tournament did produce the visual improvement.
So kids, continue playing this first person shooter games, it is good for your eyes.
This new research will not be well received in Germany, where politics is trying to ban killer first person shooters or sol called killer games. Wired has a in-depth story on this topic.
