Some rumor is even going so far as saying that Microsoft is launching the Black Xbox 360 at the same time Sony launches the PS3 in Europe.
The next move for Microsoft has to be to integrate the HD DVD drive into the Xbox 360. Looking at the success Blu-ray apparently has because of the Sony PS3, the HD DVD camp would need to act to not loose out.
DICE (Design, Innovate, Create and Entertain) is a small video game conference underway at the Green Valley Ranch Resort near Las Vegas. Sony's Phil Harrison said in a public interview some statements about the future of the Sony PS3 and PSP.
He mentioned a Spring release for the karaoke title SingStar and mostly had to defend if the Sony PS3 launched successfully. More details on MTV and GamesDaily.
Sony launched yesterday the new Sony PSP firmware 3.11. The new version supports a game reset and new improvements for upcoming games. More details on the Japanese Sony PSP site.
The Nintendo Wii game title Zelda has already sold 1 million copies in North and South America. This is the first Wii title that sells 1 million copies. Several Xbox 360 titles have achieved that already, but no Sony PS3 game yet.
