Nokia releases an old phone with a new dress, meet the Nokia 7373 Special Edition with Giambattista Valli.
Nokia will unveil the new fashion phone at the Paris Fashion Week. It is a bit dissapointing to partner with a fashion designer to bring out a special edition and take an old phone from September 2006.
Anyway, technology concious fashionistas will anyway wait for the Prada Phone.
Designer Giambattista Valli says about his special edition 7373: "I was intrigued by the inspiration to define the mobile phone as a fashion accessory, like a dress, shoes and jewelry, the Nokia 7373 Special Edition phones follow the theme of my collection and I immediately imagined them as silhouettes dressed in my work."
The Nokia 7373 Special Edition will be available in select European markets during March 2007 for EUR 280 (~$368).
More details in this Nokia press-release.
