Oracle Sues SAP for Corporate Theft

Oracle Corp. filed a wide-ranging lawsuit against SAP AG, alleging spying and "corporate theft on a grand scale."
Oracle claims that SAP employees used login information for Oracle customers to illegally access confidential material on Oracle's customer support Web site.
Oracle and SAP are in a long running rivalry. This lawsuit marks a new high point.
Oracle just posted great numbers for the 3rd Quarter. The profit rose 35%, due to a surge in business-software applications sales. I guess Larry Ellison decided he can afford now to sue SAP.
