Personally I think Motorola has been making some of the ugliest Bluetooth headsets around. I see people everywhere wearing these huge ear pieces that have booms coming towards their mouth that are emblazoned with the Motorola logo.
I much, much prefer my Plantronics Discovery 655 with its very small and light weight form factor over the headsets Motorola churns out. Motorola seems to be trying to woo those of us who prefer people not notice we have a Bluetooth headset on to their products with the new Motorola H680. Sure the H680 is still big and block looking compared to my favored Plantronics headset, but man is the H680 an improvement. Motorola is claiming eight hours of talk time and up to eight days of standby time as well. The H680 measures in at 41 x 18 x 12mm and weighs 12 grams, making it more portly than other headsets out there. Working range is 10m or 33 feet from your phone and the H680 uses EasyPair technology to connect to your phone quickly. Personally my opinion on the design of the H680 is meh.
