We reported about a rumor that sprung up in China about Wal-mart ordering 2 million low-cost HD DVD players from Fuh Yuan.

Wal-mart smashed this rumor and Fuh Yuan published (via Engadget) a correction note on their site.
The Fuh Yuan statement makes it sound that they made a proposal for even more than 2 million HD DVD players, but they did not get the order yet.
