Microsoft released PopFly a new easy to use Mashup builder platform targeted at non-programmers.

Microsoft PopFly features a cool looking editor dubbed PopFly Creator, where you can create your Mashup applications in a semi-3D interface.
Everything is just drag'n'drop of course and no programming skills are required to build attractive interactive pages for your homepage.

PopFly uses JavaScript, XML and Microsoft's new Silverlight.
Besides the PopFly Creator, PopFly also consists of the Popfly Space, making it a complete online ecosystem. PopFly Space is an online community of creators where you can host, share, rate, comment and even remix creations from other Popfly users.
PopFly is currently in Alpha. It is free and there is a good tutorial video on the PopFly site, that gives and neat overview of the new consumer "programming" tool from Microsoft.
