If you worry about battery life since the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW uses AAA batteries and the Wii remotes use AA sets by default, the fact that merely sitting the remotes in the cradle charges them, meaning they are always topped off makes up for the smaller battery size. Two new battery doors are included with the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW that hold the smaller rechargeable AAA batteries and have the rear contacts for recharging to happen. The batteries last a long time and require four hours for a full charge and provide up to 15 hours of continuous use on a charge. If you have some higher power AAA rechargeable batteries around you can use them in the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW as well, the system is compatible with any AAA rechargeable batteries. The included AAA batteries are NiMH 900 mAh units. Another nice touch is that the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW is designed with removable inserts in the Wii remote bays which you can remove allowing you to charge the remotes with the optional Protect NW non-slip sleeves on the remotes. The only available color for the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW is black, which is too bad. Personally, I would much rather have a white colored stand that matches my Wii. Charging & Use Perhaps in future releases Thrustmaster will make the light stay solid when at full charge, or simply make the light glow when charging and turn off when the remotes are fully charged. Other than the color and the flashing LEDs the Thrustmaster T-charge All NW is a fantastic device. It is a great way to ensure that your Wii remotes are always charged and ready to game, plus it keeps the wires from looking messy laying around on your entertainment center.
