MSI P45 Platinum and Diamond Motherboard Reviewed
Hothardware takes a look at the new MSI P45 Platinum and Diamond Motherboards.
Quote from the review: "A few months back, Intel released the P45 Chipset, which at the time was considered to be their mainstream offering, playing second fiddle to the X48 Express. With official support of a 1333MHz FSB, PCI-E 2.0, ATI CrossFire, and support for both DDR2 and DDR3 memory, there's a lot of roads to go down with the construction of one of these motherboards, and MSI went down all of them. MSI fleshed out a complete top-to-bottom assortment of boards, which means that they have a P45 motherboard that suits just about every potential buyer's needs.

HTC Touch Diamond P3702 released
HTC released a new version of its HTC Touch Diamond in Taiwan dubbed HTC Touch Diamond P3702.
The HTC Touch Diamond P3702 features as far as I can see the same specifications as the Touch Diamond available in several markets today.
The P3702 has a more round case design. Supposedly the Taiwanese consumer is not into diamond edges. The images published on the Taiwanese carrier site are not clearly showing the backside of the phone, so it is hard to tell how the Touch Diamond looks without diamonds.

Diamond ATI Radeon HD 4850 Review
Motherboards published a Diamond ATI Radeon HD 4850 review. Diamond just announced the HD 4850 Card last Friday.
Quote from the review: "This card will essentially be a XFX Black Edition 9800GTX as the clock speeds will be 738MHz for the core and higher clock speed for the Shader clock. It will be an interesting battle for sure, but ATI has fired the first salvo towards high-performance sub-$200 video cards of 2008. The high-end enthusiast market wanting an ATI card that competes well against NVIDIA's best will have to wait a month or so until the HD4870 arrives and its dual-chip brother the 4870X2. They will have higher clock speeds, GDDR5 memory and be much more competitive against the GTX260 and GTX280 (here's a hint; two 4870s working together on a single PCB will likely outperform GTX280 for the same price point) If this forces NVIDIA to lower their prices it will be a much better market, after all, who wants to spend $650+ on a new video card if you can help it.

Diamond Radeon HD 4850 Now Available
Earlier this week NVIDIA beat AMD/ATI to the punch by announced its 9800 GTX+ video cards right before AMD announced its new HD 4850. AMD turned the tables a bit by not only introducing the HD 4850, but making it available to purchase right now. You can get the Diamond HD 4850 video card at Newegg for $199.99.
The HD 4850 has 512MB of GDDR3 memory with a 256-bit memory interface. The card supports DirectX 10.1 and CrossFireX. AMD packs 480 stream processors into the card, significantly more than the 9800 GTX+. Though NVIDIA claims the GTX+ performs better. Read more

Diamond Viper HD 3870 1GB Video Card Reviewed
TheTechLounge published a Diamond Viper HD 3870 Review.
Quote from the review: "Under the heatsink is a whole lot of GDDR3, which in itself doesn't mean much--you can find a pile of budget cards with a gig of RAM, the extra memory incapable of boosting their meager performance--but the 3870 is plainly able to fill its frame buffer. If it were truly a budget card, it would come off as sheer marketing; with a high-end card like this, it really does make a difference. The last great ATI card was the HD 2900 XT, a spectacular misfire.
