Miss IFA 2008 Photo Gallery
Today and this week the hottest trade-show is the E3 2008, but the IFA 2008 consumer electronics show is getting underway pretty soon.

I have not seen anything mind-boggling new yet. LCD HDTV will get bigger and better, every company will show a Blu-ray player (albeit still most without BD Live support) and lots of devices around the home media network will be on display.
You can see several of the new products in the Miss IFA 2008 photo gallery.
