MSI Wind Top AE1900 Review
Our review partner Digital Trends tested the All-in-One touchscreen PC: MSI Wind Top AE1900. The MSI Wind Top AE1900 got introduced in April.
Quote from the review: "Intel never intended for the ultra-low-voltage Atom processor to power anything but ultraportable PCs, but its widespread popularity in netbooks has now earned the chip yet another new home in desktop computers as well. Manufacturers like Asus, Averatec and Shuttle have all turned to the netbook parts pile to begin churning out all-in-one PCs that employ the same hardware, and although performance isn't a selling point for this new breed, price is. Consider MSI's Atom-powered AE1900, which sells for just $530. For a full PC with all the accoutrements, including an 18.5-inch monitor, keyboard, and mouse, that's an awfully inviting package in a cash-strapped economy.

MSI Wind U100 10-inch Netbook Review
We published just last week our review of the MSI U100 Netbook. Tweaktown also reviewed the MSI U100.
Quote from the review: "Netbooks are the biggest selling category in the computer industry right now for several reasons. The poor global economy is the big reason consumers are flocking to netbooks. I don’t think that is the only reason that netbooks continue to post such massive growth, I think that consumers are finally realizing that they don’t have to use the most powerful notebook available to do the majority of what they need.
With that realization many people shopping for computers are opting to go with the much smaller and more portable netbook machines rather than larger full notebook systems.

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid Notebook Launches
I have been playing with an MSI Wind U110 for a few weeks now and I think it is a great little netbook, one of my favorites for sure. MSI has a new version of the Wind (actually two new models) that will be seen at CES 2009.
The more interesting of the two new versions is the U115 that uses a hybrid combination of a SSD for the OS and a HDD for storage. Both of the storage devices can be used simultaneously. The machine will use the new Intel Atom Z530 CPU running at 1.6GHz. The chipset is an Intel Poulsbo US15W. Read more

MSI Wind U120 coming and U100 Retail Push this week
We reported quite extensively about the MSI Wind when it appeared. The company did not really come through with making the MSI Wind netbook available broadly in the United States. We and others ranked the MSI Wind very high when it comes to choosing a netbook, but they somehow missed their chance. Now MSI says that the MSI Wind U100 will be available at major retailers in the coming week at $399. Currently Amazon.com offers the Atom based U100 netbook with 3 cell battery, 120GB HDD, 1GB RAM and Windows XP for $479.99. At $399.95 the Acer Aspire One Blue netbook actually offers a 160GB HDD.

MSI Wind U100 Review
The test lab over at our review partner Digital Trends published a review of the MSI Wind U100 netbook.
Quote from the review: "It's been almost a year since the original Asus Eee 701 appeared stateside, making traditional ultra-portables look fat with its size and weight, sending prices plunging with its $400 price tag, and triggering a landslide of imitators. In that time, many have tried, but few have succeeded in one upping Asus at its own game.
